George C. Jacques is married to Charlene and has two adult children Michael & Cassandra.  He received a B.A. in History from California Baptist University in Riverside, CA, an M.A. from Golden Gate Baptist Theological Seminary in Mill Valley, CA, a Ph. D. in Educational Administration and Supervision from Arizona State University in Tempe, AZ, and a Juris Doctor from the University of Oklahoma, College of Law in Norman, OK.  

He has served in numerous churches over the years in the areas of music, youth and education and he is a talented musician.  He has also served as a missionary in Taiwan under the Southern Baptist Foreign Mission Board.  As an attorney, he has worked in the estate planning field for twenty years.  He has been with the California Baptist Foundation since 2000.   

George is Senior Vice President of Trust Services at the California Baptist Foundation.  He oversees the trust operations and development departments.  He is responsible to the Foundation’s Board of Directors in making sure that the Trust Division is in compliance with all legal and fiduciary issues.  He is directly involved with assisting both individual and churches in developing resources for ministry. 

In the past twelve years he has assisted individuals in structuring an estate plan which provides for and protects their family at the point of inheritance and has raised over $200,000,000 for ministry causes.

Doug Griffin joined the Foundation in 2008 after a 15 year career with the major Fresno law firm of Lang, Richert & Patch, including ten years as a partner. Doug brings with him a varied experience involving planning, administration and litigation in a wide variety of trust, estate, business and tax matters. In addition, Doug has an M.B.A. and worked in the legal arm of the I.R.S. while completing law school. This breadth of experience and education allows him to work successfully with families, small businesses and individuals in a variety of settings and in particular, to plan around potential problems with estate plans.  

Doug grew up in San Francisco and attended college at San Jose State and law school at Santa Clara University. Before entering the legal profession, Doug worked in a variety of jobs, including in the front office of the Oakland Raiders.

Doug and his wife Doris reside in Fresno. They have three children, Joe currently serving in the U.S. Navy, Molly attending college and Paige, an orphan adopted from China. The Griffins are long-time members of Clovis Hills Community Church, where Doug now serves as Director of the Grade School Ministry and previously as a trustee. Doug has been heavily involved in the community, having served on a steering committee for two successful school bond campaigns, having completed the Leadership Fresno program through the Chamber of Commerce and has coached youth soccer since 1996.
